Casper, Wyoming - Get ready for a weekend full of football, fanfare, and fundraising as Buffalo Bills superfan John "Bills Elvis" Lang and the Bills Mafia announce their highly anticipated 3rd Annual "Cowboy Mafia Weekend." Taking place from September 22nd to September 24th in Laramie, this event promises to be a memorable gathering for fans of the Buffalo Bills and supporters of charitable causes.  Great news for fans, but bad news for any folding table in the Laramie area.

John Lang, also known as "Bills Elvis," has been a dedicated season ticket holder for the Buffalo Bills since 1992. His transformation into "Bills Elvis" came about when he made a bet with a friend that he could get on national television by dressing up and painting an old guitar. Since then, he has become a fixture in the stands, captivating audiences not only with his Elvis-inspired attire but also with his unwavering support for his beloved team.

Lang's commitment to the Bills goes beyond game day spectacles. He has been featured on television, and in an unforgettable display of fandom, even officiated a wedding outside of Highmark Stadium before the January 2022 Wild Card Round Playoff game against the New England Patriots. The Lang family's dedication to the Bills spans generations, and John, together with his wife Therese, daughter Abbey, and son Johnathan, frequently hosts tailgating parties and organizes various charity fundraising events.

The "Cowboy Mafia Weekend" boasts a schedule filled with exciting activities. The festivities kick off on Friday, September 22nd, with a meet-up Happy Hour at The Buckhorn, where fans can gather, share stories, and immerse themselves in the Bills community. The camaraderie continues on Saturday, September 23rd, with a tailgate at War Memorial Stadium before the Appalachian State vs Wyoming game. Following the game, fans are invited to join the post-game get-together at the 3rd Street Bar and Grille, where the celebration is sure to be in full swing. On Sunday, September 24th, the weekend culminates with a Bills vs Washington party at the Library Sports Bar, allowing Wyoming fans to cheer on the Bills.

What sets the "Cowboy Mafia Weekend" apart is that the weekend is about much more than football...it's also a commitment to charity. Raffles and donations collected throughout the event will be dedicated entirely to the Patricia Allen Fund Children's Hospital Buffalo and Climb Wyoming. The Patricia Allen Fund Children's Hospital Buffalo provides vital support and resources to children in need, while Climb Wyoming is a non-profit organization that empowers single mothers through free job training programs. By participating in this event, attendees have the opportunity to not only support their favorite teams but also contribute to two deserving causes that make a significant impact on the lives of others.  Charity is something that is not new to Lang, he has raised money for numerous organizations over the years.

The "Cowboy Mafia Weekend" promises to be an unforgettable experience for Buffalo Bills fans and members of the Bills Mafia. With a schedule packed full of exciting events and a strong focus on giving back to the community, this gathering exemplifies the passion and generosity that define both the Wyoming and Buffalo Bills fan bases.
