University of Wyoming Rodeo Team Shines at the College National Finals Rodeo (CNFR)
By Jeff Bugher Casper, WY - The University of Wyoming Rodeo Team showcased their exceptional talent and dedication at the recent College National Finals Rodeo (CNFR), held at the Ford Wyoming Center in Casper June 11th-17th. I have listed the results below: Bareback: - Donny Proffit, rode for the brand, securing the 6th position overall with scores of 76, 75.5, 79, and 78.5 earning a total of 309 points. Participated in Saturday's championship round. - Brice Patterson ended up in 23rd place with scores of 75.5 in the first and third goes, earning a total of 151 points. Tie Down Roping: - Bodie Mattson showcased exceptional skills, securing the 4th position with scores of 10.1, 8.4, 9.9, and 11.1, accumulating a total of 39.5 points. Participated in Saturday's championship round. - Cam Jensen earned a score of 19.8 seconds in go-round 1, but failed to make times in go-rounds 2 and 3. Jensen ended up in 40th place.
